The consumer can cancel their order at any time. Orders cancelled AFTER the time of billing will not be refunded unless they fall under the refund policy.
Orders can be cancelled by clicking MY PROGAM in the Automatic Body phone app or online customer area and removing the order from your profile. You can also cancel by going to NutrieSupport.com and submitting a Support Ticket under the “Product” category and entering “Cancel AutoShip” in the “Subject” box. Preferred Customers may also initiate cancellation of AutoShip orders via telephone at 602-354-9416
